This traditional event takes place in local wine cellars. Throughout September the Moravian region celebrates the grape harvest and the start of the wine-making season. Guests will get to taste young wines and other local specialties.
Burčák is a partially fermented young wine.It is a high sugar cloudy juice-like drink which can fool some first-timers into underestimating its punch. It is a part of every wine harvest festival. Burčák is an inseparable part of the fall in South Moravia.
This event is is organized by a local association “Vinaříček” and it takes place in the local wine cellars and vineyards.
